1. What FAQshappens after I pay?

One of our Project Manager will be in touch with you within one business day to discuss your needs in more detail. The information attained will help us assign the right dedicated virtual assistant for you.

2. How long will it take to start my services after I sign up?

Typically it takes 1 business day to start with your tasks/project. Once you sign up for the service, our Project manager will review your information, and will be in touch with you shortly to discuss your needs in more detail and assign your virtual assistant. You may also send detailed instructions of your tasks in addition to deadlines and expectations at info@theoutsourcingsystem.com to start quickly with your Project. Additionally, if there is any special requirement or In case of hiring a virtual team (More than 5 assistants) it can take 1 to 3 weeks to allocate dedicated staff to start with your Project.

3. Can I change plans?

Yes, our approach is flexible. You can start with one plan, and upgrade, downgrade or cancel at anytime. If your needs grow, you can always select a larger plan. If you want to downgrade, select a smaller plan that fits your needs.

4. How can I track the hours worked by my assistant?

At The Outsourcing System, we understand the value of your time and money. You can track the progress of work through daily, weekly and monthly reports. We have an internal time-log which is maintained by your virtual assistant on daily basis keep track of their time. The assistant computes the exact amount of time spent on doing a particular task and sends you a daily report with details at the end of each day.

5. How do I communicate with my assistant?

We offer comfortable conversations through direct communication using Skype, Email, and Chat that will ensure easy accessibility and support for you during projects.

6. What is the education level of my assistant?

Our Quality service starts with correct hiring, training as well as maintenance of talented professional workforce. Our assistants go through an intense selection process before they can join our organization. Our team comprises of qualified professionals from myriad educational backgrounds college graduates, management graduates and previous work experience in relevant industry.

7. Can I go for a Trial with virtual assistant services?

9. Do I have to sign a long term contract?

No. The Outsourcing System is a pay-as-you-go service. There are no long term contracts or commitments on your part. All Plans are on hourly or on monthly basis, and you can cancel at anytime.

10. What if I don’t use all the hours in the Plan?

You have 60 days to use your all the hours after signing up the plan and unused hours cannot be rolled over after 60 days. If you’re concerned about using all the hours. We suggest picking a smaller plan to start out with and upgrading from there.

11. What type of payments do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards and PayPal and you will be billed in US Dollars.

12. Will my data be private and safe?

Yes. All of our Virtual Assistants are professionally qualified and are obliged to take care of their assigned clients by protecting all information coming from you and your business.

13. Do you have a satisfaction guarantee?

Yes! We are dedicated to client satisfaction and we have a 5-day money back guarantee on any UNUSED hours. If you are not completely satisfied with our service, you can cancel within the first 5 days of the first month and we will refund the unused proportion of your fees in full.
